Goal of the courseIn this course we present the basic information on instrumentation and methods of measurement and analysis for a series of modern problems in Observational Astrophysics. Students must have basic knowledge of Astrophysics and Modern Physics.
SyllabusBrief introduction to Astrophysics - Optical Telescopes - Optical detectors (CCD) - Photometry - Influence of interstellar medium and atmosphere to the measured radiation - Spectroscopy - Observations in other regions of the electromagnetic spectrum (infrared radiation, X-rays, gamma-rays, neutrina) - Interferometry.
