Education: 
Ioannis (Yannis) Tsampos received his BSc in Physics from the University of Crete in 1994 with a specialization in Microelectronics.
 
Career: 
He has participated in research programs of the University and Technological institute of Crete, with duties in the development of automatic control and measurement systems and data acquisition systems. He has taught automation and programming in seminars and laboratory classes at the University and Technological institute of Crete. Since 2001 he has been working at the Department of Physics supporting the research laboratories. He also teaches programming language and automation at the department's computer labs.
 
Interests: 
Web applications development, automatic control and measurement systems, embedded systems design, computer programming.
