International Particle Physics Masterclasses

The "International Particle Physics Masterclasses" are organized by the Technical University of Dresden (TU Dresden) in collaboration with the International Particle Physics Outreach Group (IPPOG). They offer an opportunity for high school students to get acquainted with Particle Physics. They take place in more than 200 locations in 42 countries, with over 10,000 students. In Greece, the Universities of Crete, Athens and Thessaloniki, NCSR "Demokritos" and the National Technical University of Athens participate.The "International Particle Physics Masterclasses" 2019 at the Department of Physics of the University of Crete will take place on Saturday, April 6.
